Our Staff

Greg graduated from Northfield High School in 1982 and Indiana University in 1986.  After many years in banking, Greg and his wife, Anita, formed Metz Title Company in 1996.  Greg has been actively involved in many local charitable organizations and in the administration of the City of Wabash.  You may contact Greg at gmetz@metztitle.com

Elise was born and raised in Wabash County.  She graduated from Northfield High School in 1995 and attended Manchester College.  For many years, she enjoyed being actively involved with and coaching local youth soccer programs.  Elise enjoys spending time with her daughter, Madison, where they can be found crafting, taking walks, or attending in a sporting event.  You may contact Elise at emetz@metztitle.com

Ross graduated from Southwood High School and IU-Purdue Ft. Wayne.  He joined the firm in 2024 and is our closer.  Ross is married to Jaycie and has two sons, Wells, and Banks.  Ross enjoys spending time with his growing family. You may contact Ross at rphillipy@metztitle.com
